How does Eazy6 handle disputes or contest reviews?

At Eazy6, we take fairness seriously. Every contest is based on real-world, verifiable sports data, and our review process ensures that all outcomes are accurate and transparent. If something doesn’t look right, you can request a contest review or report a dispute directly in the app. 

 


When can you request a review?
You can ask for a review if you believe: 

  • A statistical result (like points, yards, or goals) was recorded incorrectly. 

  • There was a technical issue that impacted your entry (e.g., lag or submission error before lock time). 

  • The tie-breaker rules weren’t applied correctly. 

  • You notice a possible scoring discrepancy on the leaderboard.

 

Before submitting, double-check that: 

  • The contest has officially ended. 

  • Final results from the official data provider have been posted (Eazy6 uses verified real-time stat feeds) 



How to submit a dispute 
1. Go to Profile → Help and Support→ Submit a Ticket.
2. Choose the contest and briefly describe the issue (include screenshots if possible). 
3. Submit the request — our support team will acknowledge it within 24 hours. 


Once received: 

  • Our Fair Play Review Team investigates using timestamped logs, entry data, and the official stat feed. 

  • We compare your results against the verified data and apply sport-specific tie-breakers (see published rules) 

  • You’ll receive a detailed response with the outcome of the review, usually within 3 business days. 

 


Possible outcomes 

  • ✅ Confirmed correction: If we find a scoring or data error, your results (and any affected leaderboard) will be updated automatically, and prizes adjusted if needed. 

  • 🚫 No change: If official data supports the posted results, your contest outcome remains unchanged. 

  • 🕒 Pending data verification: Occasionally, official stat providers revise numbers post-game; Eazy6 holds final scoring until the data lock period ends. 


All decisions are based on official game data only — never manual overrides or subjective calls. 

 


Transparency and fairness 

  • Eazy6 uses official data feeds and timestamped audit trails to ensure all reviews are accurate. 

  • Every contest has published rules and tiebreakers available in-app before you play. 

  • Once a review is complete, the outcome and any changes appear on your Contest History tab automatically.

If you think something’s off — report it! We’d rather double-check and confirm fairness than leave a single user unsure. Eazy6’s mission is simple: every player, every contest, every outcome — 100% fair and verified.
