How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile information:

1.      Open the Eazy6 app

2.      Tap Profile

3.      Select Account Settings

From there, you can update:

                         I.               First name

                      II.               Last name

                    III.               Username

                   IV.               Email address

                      V.               Phone number

                   VI.               Password

                VII.               Gender

              VIII.               City

                   IX.               Address

                        

Tap Save to confirm your changes.

Important Notes: For sensitive changes like your email address or phone number, Eazy6 will automatically start a short account recovery flow to confirm your identity.

OTP verification will be required when updating your email address or phone number for added security.

When updating your email address, gift card redemption and withdrawals will be temporarily blocked for 24 hours as a security measure.
