I forgot my username — how can I recover it?
No worries — you can easily recover your username without needing to contact support.
Steps to recover your username
Open the Eazy6 app.
Tap “Need Help?” on the Sign In screen.
Select “I forgot my username.”
Tap Continue.
Enter the phone number registered to your account.
Enter the OTP sent via SMS and verify.
Once verified, your username will be displayed. You can copy it and paste it into the Username field on the Sign In screen.
